BlueMountain kelong, located about 2 and a half hours (60km) south of Singapore, is a tropical paradise in its natural rustic beauty. The kelong is located on the eastern-side of the Riau islet, Cemera. BlueMountain is built on the calm waters there and is connected to Cemera via a 200m long walkway.

these children are taught English and dental hygiene. Some have gone on to secondary school on Bluemountain scholarships. This is a first for these islanders. Support from Americans and Singaporeans has made this possible.
