BlueMountain kelong, located about 2 and a half hours (60km) south of Singapore, is a tropical paradise in its natural rustic beauty. The kelong is located on the eastern-side of the Riau islet, Cemera. BlueMountain is built on the calm waters there and is connected to Cemera via a 200m long walkway.

Can you eat this? If so what is the recipe?
Yea, you can eat this, simply boil them, slice them up like abalone and stir fry it with vegetable in ginger/garlic... Yum!
you got to be kidding!!
I was in the Bahamas years ago and they add these to the salads - raw!!
good golly mate! how disgusting!
Actually, this is a bit exotic for many. We serve the usual bbq chicken, fish, sotong and curries, steam garupas, crabs, scallops and such.
